Swim school software SwimDesk based in Australia has recently expanded into new waters with one of Hong Kong’s leading swimming lesson providers ESF Sports, implementing the application across their network.
The popular swim school application helps swim schools more effectively manage their student assessments and progression as well as enabling more frequent and personalised communication with parents.
Since its launch in 2014, SwimDesk has become extremely popular among Australian Swim Schools for its ability to provide swim school customers with ongoing feedback about their child’s lesson progress.
The SwimDesk system is best suited for larger swim schools with an excess of 1000 students where communicating with such a large customer base becomes difficult.
With SwimDesk, parents receive a log in for a personalised portal where they can view their child’s progress and other relevant information about their child’s lessons such as calendars, curriculum guides, progression charts and newsletters.
The system is also mobile comp.atible which enables parents to view the information on their smart phone.
ESF Sports have locations all across Hong Kong and provide lessons to over 6500 students a year.
Vincent Alarcon from ESF said “When doing our retention emails and phone calls, I discovered a common theme (that parents wanted more information on the assessments and more access to the staff). So, I started looking into software that could just provide that (not billing and booking features we already had that in place. I literally looked around the world for such a program but could not find one that would allow us to use our own syllabus and lesson plans. The more my staff and I use SwimDesk, the more we love it.
