Some gyms make the mistake of making follow up with members very formal and impersonal.

This simple email is powerful for a number of reasons.
- It’s short and easy to read
- People are busy so tend to tune out to massive long formal emails
- It’s personal
- It’s clear this email is personal- it’s one to one, not one to many.
- It starts a conversation
- The fact that its a question prompts members to respond.
A large number of members do actually respond to the email and this starts a conversation that helps deepen the connection between member and trainer.
The last secret to this email is that it can be automated. Typically our clients will automate this 7-14 days after the member receives a workout program and training plan.
