The UNSW Swim school managed by YMCA NSW has launched SwimDesk software to provide parents with more comprehensive feedback about their child’s swimming lessons progress.

The centre strategically timed their launch of SwimDesk right before the traditional enrollment drop off period over the colder months to create excitement and further improve customer satisfaction.

Surveys into swim school parent satisfaction have shown that communication and more specifically receiving feedback about their child’s progress is the number 1 driver of parent satisfaction. In fact 69% of parents rate lack of feedback on progress as a cause of dissatisfaction.

This makes the process of assessing students and delivering feedback to parents a vital part of operating a successful swim school.

SwimDesk has been specifically designed to make management of assessments and parent feedback simple. The system is easy for the swim school to use and even easier for the parents to use which has led to its significant uptake of swim schools throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

The UNSW swim school joins a long list of YMCA manages centres throughout Australia who use the SwimDesk platform for managing swimming lesson assessments.
