SwimDesk Expand Software Functionality For Swim Schools

Software provider SwimDesk has announced the expansion of functionality for their prevalent swim school management solution.

The events of 2020, which included several months in lockdown provided a unique opportunity to accelerate software development for SwimDesk.

New functionality announced includes new billing and payments functionality for both term-based and perpetual programs, new online booking scenarios as well as advanced reporting and analytics that can help swim schools identify and unlock opportunities for further improvement and growth.

SwimDesk was originally built as a tool for managing swim school assessments and communicating progression feedback to parents however due to its popularity has expanded into a comprehensive solution for managing all aspects of running a high performing swim school.

We tried to make the most of 2020 by focusing on what we could do to further enhance our solution and create more value for our customer base. When we develop our platform we focus on how we can enhance processes to save time, effort and cost. Swim schools are extremely busy places and a huge amount of time can go into managing simple day to day processes with the wrong software. SwimDesk is built specifically for swim schools rather than a generalised software that does a bit of everything but lacks the specialized functionality required to run a high performing swim school.
