Today wanted to quickly show you through one of the most popular features of our swim desk software, and that’s a digital certificates. So if we have a look at our settings here. We can see there’s a section for setting up certificates.
And what you’ll notice is that you can have a different certificate for each level. So what we do is we upload your certificate designs. They can be whatever design and Typically our clients will give us a PDF of all their certificates so that gets uploaded here. Now we can have a look at a preview of what this is going to look like for the parents and the children in this swim school.
So we open up this little PDF here. We can see exactly what the certificate looks like. So as you can see it can be designed, however you have your design of certificates already.
You’ll also notice that it’s got the name of the child the name of the teacher and the date that the child past that level. So that all automatically gets entered into the certificate through the software, when the child graduates. So as you can see there is a two page certificate so you can have one or two pages. So there’s a fair bit of flexibility that some centres also have skills listed on the certificates and the system has the capability of doing that also. So what happens from here is that when you are marking or assessing the student on swim desk a new graduate or mark them as passing a level the certificate will automatically be delivered. In the e-mail to the parent. We call that the progression e-mail. And it also becomes available. Through the parent portal so the parent can download that as many times as they like on demand. So that is how the certificates working swim desk. It’s really popular with our clients because you can save a huge amount of time in terms of writing and certificates.
