In August, we launched the online booking component of our leisure centre “creche” module.

This allows leisure centre parents to book their crèche and occasional care places via their computer or smart phone. This helps centre’s cut down on the time managing bookings by phone which tie up front reception staff.

Parents can also receive SMS reminders 24 hours before their booking which help reduce no shows and optimise occupancy rates.
