New Feature Alert – GreeneDesk is pleased to announce a new feature that will help centres with multiple locations.
Greeenedesk software is often used by clients across multiple locations within a close proximity.
This results in some staff members having to handle multiple logins across those multiple locations.
For example, if gym instructor works at a leisure centre health clubs with two locations, A and B. She would need to have two separate FitDesk logins to use, one for each location.
The new single log on-multi user feature now allows that gym instructor to have one single login with all of her accounts linked.
When she logs in she will be presented with the option between working in location A or B.
She will also be able to quickly switch between locations from within the one login.
This new functionality is now available across all GreeneDesk software modules including SalesDesk, FitDesk and SwimDesk.
The feature even allows for cross-module linking of accounts. For example, a user at a centre may work on the gym floor and have a gym instructor account and also works as a deck supervisor in the swim school. In this instance, the user can have a single login with access to both of these accounts.
