After a tough 2020 for Australian swim schools, several are looking to make the most of 2021 by implementing popular software tool SwimDesk.
Blacktown City Council three aquatic centres and Queenstown Lakes District Council swim schools are two examples of prominent swim schools who are rolling out SwimDesk in term 1.
These prominent centres join hundreds of other council and private based swim schools throughout Australia and New Zealand who are using the platform.
SwimDesk is known for helping swim schools improve their customer satisfaction and retention by helping swim schools provide parents with more detailed feedback about their child.
According to SwimDesk, 69% of parents are not happy with the amount of feedback they get about their child’s swimming lessons.
SwimDesk also contains a number of unique powerful reports and analytics that help swim schools identify high drop out risk students, monitor teacher performance and identify program bottlenecks.
The team at SwimDesk spent much of 2020 expanding the functionality of the platform which now includes a full management system for swim schools as well as the pending release of an app version of their parent portal which will further enhance service swim schools can extend to their parents.
