GreeneDesk software is pleased to announce the release of their new frontline PARQ feature available within their FitDesk module for health clubs.
When a member joins a gym they often want to start exercising right away.
As there can be a wait to see a trainer, health clubs will require members to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire to get clearance to exercise.
The pre-exercise questionnaire or (PARQ) is a series of questions that identify any potential risk factors for gym members such as an underlying heart condition.
For years health clubs have had members complete paper-based PARQ forms and then file them away.
This filing can be a logistical headache as the information needs to be retained for upwards of 7 years,
The FitDesk frontline PARQ allows members to complete a PARQ form at front desk using a tablet such as an Ipad.
This paperless process is easy to administer and eliminates the need to file away any documents.
This information is then stored digitally in the cloud. The information can then be available for the trainer to review when meeting with the member at any time in the future by reviewing the member profile.
The frontline PARQ feature also integrates into GreeneDesk paperless health clubs frontline functionality which also includes popular features such as tablet-based “walk-in” forms which allow clubs to collect information about “walk-in” membership prospects including their goals, experience, and wants which is found within GreeneDesk SalesDesk module.
